· Email (via TalkTalk and Gmail).

HOW DO I USE THE DATA?
· To contact you regarding your project.
· To carry out my proofreading and copy-editing services on your documents.
· For invoicing, and purposes related to my tax authority (HMRC).
· To record your agreement to the Terms and Conditions.
· To understand how visitors use the website.
HOW DO I STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
· Squarespace (website host).
· Dropbox (cloud-based file management system).
· Computer hard drive.
· MS Outlook (Office 365) email account, via TalkTalk.
FOR HOW LONG DO I KEEP YOUR DATA?
Your personal data is stored for a minimum of five years in order to comply with HMRC regulations.
All accounts are password-protected. The passwords are never shared with any other party.
Your data will never be used for marketing or promotional purposes without your full written permission. If you have provided a testimonial, I may use this on marketing materials with your consent, or without consent where it has already been published on a public access site.
I will never share your data with any third party, unless with full written permission, or unless required to do so by law, or by my professional society where it relates to an application for upgrade of membership. All applications are kept strictly confidential.
